Welcome to Driveway. This site is owned and operated by Driveway, LLC ("we," or "us"). This Privacy Policy governs your use of our website, app, other forms of electronic messaging, in-person events, and third-party partners or vendors, hereafter referred to as the "App."
We may collect information that identifies you such as your name, age or year of birth, postal address, email address, and phone number; content you share in public forums; device and usage data; and location information when you enable location features.
Children under the age of thirteen (13) are prohibited from accessing the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 is using the App and we will delete related personal information.
Where required by law (including certain U.S. states), we may receive an age range or age category from Apple or Google Play through their age signals systems. We use that information only to provide age-appropriate experiences and to comply with applicable law. We do not use store age signals for advertising profiling. When store signals are unavailable, we may ask you to self-attest that you are 13 or older (for example, by providing a year of birth).
We use information to operate and improve the App, provide community features, process payments for events, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations including age-assurance laws.
