These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Driveway mobile application and website operated by Driveway, LLC. By using Driveway you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use Driveway. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Where required by law, we may obtain age information from Apple or Google Play and restrict features based on your age category. Hosting events and receiving payouts require that you are 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account from the app Settings or by following instructions at Account Deletion.
You may not post or transmit hate speech, harassment, threats, illegal content, spam, or sexually explicit material. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid event registration and host payouts are processed through third-party payment providers (including Stripe). Hosts are responsible for accurate event details, refunds according to stated policies, and applicable tax obligations.
